Training and professional development are a must, but in order to maximize their effectiveness and help teachers to understand the values of training, these programs must be close to the teacher's needs. Campus-level leaders are responsible for monitoring and evaluating the team's expertise regularly so that they can know where the "gap" is. Develop training plans
The training plans must be data-driven and needs-based. They must have clearly defined and specific outcomes so that the training activities always gain educative values, instead of just being “meaningless work”. Also, they need to be SMART, as always required of a plan.
