We are committed to making new student placements that have academic integrity and are evidence-based. This supports high quality learning on our Primary ESL Standard program.

For our existing students, formative and summative assessment data is used to inform student progression recommendations and we have policies and procedures in place to support less proficient learners, and to fast track students exceeding progression expectations.

Campus Boards of Directors are asked to follow the procedures outlined in the sections below, and to consult with their campus Primary ESL Head of Department and Primary ESL Coordinator if further guidance on placement and progression is required.
