Where teaching performance does not meet expectations as determined by Line Manager lesson observations, support is provided.  Teachers are expected to fully engage with lesson planning, mentoring and other support provided.  Where there is persistent underperformance, a formal performance improvement plan will be put in place.

Teachers are required to follow Teacher the Teacher Code of Conduct and to execute teaching and other responsibilities in line with Teacher Role Profiles.
