EXISTING STUDENT PROGRESSION POLICIES

MINIMUM GPA TO PROGRESS = 5

The minimum GPA to automatically progress to the next Stage in school year 2022-2023 is 5.

Students with a GPA of under 5 should attend Summer school and must have an individual support plan in place when they progress to the next Stage in school year 2022-2023.

LEVEL JUMPERS

PRIMARY ESL STANDARD TERM 1 GPA = 9/10

Support: These students are flagged as potential level jumpers. ESL HODs are asked meet with class teachers for these progression cases to ensure an evidence-based progression decision that draws on all available attainment data is made.
