Reporting (what to whom)

As stated, the hierarchal structure at Vinschool varies from one campus to another.

It is important that you know the people in your organization such as your managers, co-teachers, SAO, and TAs. Any information about materials for instruction, issues in the classroom, assessment schedule and criteria, behavioural management, child protection and safety, and projects that you would like to propose, will be assisted by the people in your organization.

It is easier to foster a clear and thorough communication line when you are familiar with your own team. You may refer to your branch’s organizational structure to know more about reporting procedures at Vinschool.
