As we are familiar with student issues existing in our classrooms, each campus is deemed to provide training to new and returning teachers to discuss these. In these trainings, Vinschool Education System proposes to:

1. Set clear and unambiguous rules for the calculation of conduct points and conduct classification;

2. Define levels of violations and provide guidance on how to work with parents to educate students;

3. Regulate the handling of student violations.

By attending these trainings, you will be able to identify which behavior is deemed appropriate and inappropriate. You will also know how to manage the students' conduct points and how the Vinschool uses this system to aid teachers in maintaining effective classroom management.

Please check with your school’s HoDs regarding the above-mentioned training.
