Primary ESL Standard teachers are required to demonstrate they are meeting Teacher Code of Conduct and Teacher Role Profile expectations in all aspects of their work.

Where teaching performance does not meet expectations as determined by Line Manager lesson observations, support is provided. Teachers are expected to fully engage with lesson planning, mentoring and other support provided. Where there is persistent underperformance, a formal performance improvement plan will be put in place. Campus Boards of Directors are responsible for informing the the HR Department when a formal performance improvement plan is put in place for a teacher.
