The Primary ESL Standard program wiki (WIKI-ESL-PRIMARY) is a hub for all stakeholders designed to support effective delivery of this program across all Primary campuses in the Vinschool network. It also outlines our learner placement and progression policies. PROGRAM SUPPORT - Primary ESL Standard Teachers and Heads of Departments This section answers questions about what resources are available for teachers to support them in delivering the Primary ESL Standard curriculum to Vinschool’s expectations. It also outlines our assessment approach. Heads of Department need to be familiar with the content of this section and ensure campus training plans align with program development goals. GUIDELINES FOR MONITORING AND EVALUATION - Primary ESL Standard Heads of Department and Teachers This section answers questions about performance management processes and timelines to ensure standardization in our approach to managing teacher performance and monitoring the effectiveness of program implementation.
