Where teaching performance does not meet expectations as determined by Line Manager lesson observations, support is provided.  Teachers are expected to fully engage with lesson planning, mentoring and other support provided.  Where there is persistent underperformance, a formal performance improvement plan will be put in place.  Campus Boards of Directors are responsible for informing the the HR Department when a formal performance improvement plan is put in place for a teacher.


Part of your role as a teacher is to familiarize yourself with the testing and assessment tools used on the program and to ensure that your learners are prepared in a timely way for tests, quizzes and unit project completion.
