Primary ESL Standard teachers are required to demonstrate they are meeting role profile expectations in all aspects of their work.

Teacher Observations are the main tool used for evaluating the quality of teaching and learning our team are delivering in our classrooms.

Where observations indicate teachers are not meeting expectations, Line Managers are responsible for communicating in a timely way to campus school leadership colleagues, Human Resources and the Primary ESL Coordinator. This is to ensure timely support can be put in place.

PROVIDING SUPPORT outlines the kinds of support available to Primary ESL Standard teachers.
