Orientation training is an activity for new employees, providing them with necessary information to help them better integrate with their department/organization and perform their tasks.

TRAINING TIME AND METHODS

At Vinschool, the orientation training usually takes place at least two weeks before the academic year, which are the first two weeks of August. The Human Resources Department will inform new teachers of the training time in the third week of July each year.

There are two training methods:

  • Online training: is conducted on LMS or supported by other Internet tool (online classroom)
  • Face-to-face training: is carried out at schools or other locations informed in advance.
TRAINING CONTENT

At Vinschool, new expat employees will be trained with the following key points:

  • General introduction: is carried out by the Expat Human Resources Department. This includes the introduction of Vingroup, Vinschool, policies and remuneration package for expats at Vinschool;
  • Academic program introduction: is carried out by Academic Coordinators. This includes the introduction of teaching contents, pedagogy methods, and important notes about the existing programs at Vinschool.
  • Direct training at schools: is carried out by the School Managers and/or Heads of Subjects at schools. This includes the introduction of the schools.
