After successfully completing their probation, employees will sign a Labor Contract and then are entitled to receive a number of benefits in accordance with their initial offer letter and under Vietnamese Labor law.
- A-Level Teachers
- Cambridge Teachers
- ESL Standard Teachers
- ESL Kindergarten Teachers
- For Teacher's Spouse and dependents
Legal dependent spouses (only with an official/duly legalized marriage certificate) and/or children (under 18 years old, with an official/duly legalized birth certificate) accompanying a Teacher at the beginning of employment are also entitled to receive dependent benefits, including full visa support, medical insurance and tuition fee waiver to study at Vinschool.
