EVALUATION CULTURE

Below are the directions for evaluations and feedback:

  • Objectivity, truthfulness, frankness, sincerity, and responsibility.  
  • Orientation, lead and support for the Evaluated Person to continue his/her personal development (Strengths and weaknesses can be provided in priority order.)
  • Positivity and constructiveness; no criticism or use of evaluation for personal purposes.
  • Announcement of evaluation results and response of the Evaluated Person are compulsory in the evaluation process to ensure objectivity, transparency and publicity.
