LABOUR LAW Labor Code: The Vietnam Labor Code 2019 No. 45/2019/QH14 dated November 20th 2019 regulates labor standards, rights, obligations and responsibilities of employees, employers, employees’ representative organizations at the grassroots level, employers’ representative organizations in labour relations and other relations directly relating to labour relations, and state management of labor.
