TRAINING DATA MANAGEMENT The training data needs to be monitored, updated and managed efficiently to reflect the learning and development process of each employee in the Company. Update of training data on the software Vinschool will have yearly and monthly training plans updated on the software. Based on these yearly training plans, the schools will draw up detailed monthly plans, get approval of the Leaders, and upload them on the TMS. Instruction on uploading the data HERE On-site data management Apart from the data to be uploaded on the software, the schools still need to manage the following data on site: Attendance slips or attendance sheets in Excel files.
