Sau khi vượt qua giai đoạn thử việc, cán bộ nhân viên sẽ ký Hợp đồng lao động, từ đó có quyền được hưởng các phúc lợi theo Thư mời làm việc ban đầu và Luật Lao động nước Việt Nam.
