Sau khi vượt qua giai đoạn thử việc, cán bộ nhân viên sẽ ký Hợp đồng lao động, từ đó có quyền được hưởng các phúc lợi theo Thư mời làm việc ban đầu và Luật Lao động nước Việt Nam.
After successfully completing their probation, employees will sign a Labor Contract and then are entitled to receive a number of benefits in accordance with their initial offer letter and under Vietnamese Labor law.
- Giáo viên A-level / A-Level Teachers
- Giáo viên Cambridge / Cambridge Teachers
- Giáo viên ESL hệ Chuẩn / ESL Standard Teachers
- Giáo viên ESL Mầm non / ESL Kindergarten Teachers
- Đối với người thân giáo viên/ For Teacher's Spouse and dependents
Người phụ thuộc hợp pháp (chỉ áp dụng với trường hợp có giấy chứng nhận kết hôn hợp pháp) và/hoặc con (dưới 18 tuổi và có giấy khai sinh hợp pháp) đi cùng Giáo viên khi bắt đầu làm việc tại Vinschool cũng được hưởng những phúc lợi dành cho người phụ thuộc, bao gồm hỗ trợ xin Visa, bảo hiểm y tế và miễn giảm học phí khi theo học tại Vinschool.
Legal dependent spouses (only with an official/duly legalized marriage certificate) and/or children (under 18 years old, with an official/duly legalized birth certificate) accompanying a Teacher at the beginning of employment are also entitled to receive dependent benefits, including full visa support, medical insurance and tuition fee waiver to study at Vinschool.
