Onboarding integration serves the purpose of introducing new hires to the organization’s culture and environment in order to enable them to quickly engage in the job and truly integrate into the new working environment. In addition, specifically for new hired expat employees, this section is to help them start preparing for their legal procedures before their relocation to Vietnam.

Onboarding integration includes Welcome and onboarding procedures and Orientation training.

In terms of Welcome and onboarding procedures, prior to their arrival to Vietnam, expat employees are expected to prepare for their relocation and their legal procedures ahead of time. This section is also to answer some of the initial questions they may have, including questions about legal documents (Visa and work permit), admissions for their kids (if any) and other relocation support. We believe that this section will give the first essential details to the new hires so they can understand the process better and are able to make a good preparation to get ready for a new employment in a new country.
