Tại Vinschool, theo định kỳ 6 tháng 1 lần, Phòng Nhân sự sẽ triển khai thực hiện một số khảo sát liên quan đến Môi trường làm việc, khảo sát 360 độ Cán bộ lãnh đạo và khảo sát chất lượng dịch vụ Ban Giám hiệu, chất lượng dịch vụ phòng ban HO…nhằm ghi nhận những yếu tố hệ thống đang làm tốt, cần phát triển và những điểm yếu Vinschool cần cải thiện sau từng năm học. Các nội dung dưới đây sẽ làm rõ hơn về mục đích và phương thức thực hiện các mảng khảo sát trong chiến lược giữ chân cán bộ nhân viên.
