CONTRACTS
When starting employment at Vinschool, expat employees shall sign a Services (Probation) Contract (initial employment) for the first 2 months (60 days) of probation;
  • ESL Kindergarten teachers and ESL Teachers
  • Cambridge and A - Level Teachers

After probation, depending on the teachers’ performance and the issuance of their work permit, either a Services Contract extension or a Labor Contract shall be offered.

Upon the expiry of an existing labor contract, the School maintains its absolute right to offer or not to offer a Labor Contract Extension (Renewal).

There are occasions when expats employees might sign other Services contract or other agreements with the school campus to perform extra duties not outlined or covered in their job description (i.e. extracurricular clubs or other activities).
