Talent acquisition is a process for screening and selecting competent individuals meeting the job requirements.
“Integration” refers to the initial stage where new employees receive the induction and get to know the Company. An effective induction will enable the new employees to quickly engage in the job and truly integrate into the new working environment. This can be carried out from the first week through the first two months since the day new employees get onboard.
