SALARY SCALE

INCREMENTAL STEP INCREASE AND SALARY REVIEWS Initial placement on the salary scale will be decided by the School, based on the evaluation of qualifications and years of relevant teaching experience.
Advancement to the next incremental step is not automatic but subject to the Teacher’s performance evaluation and contributions to the School. Should an employee gain higher Education qualifications during their time with Vinschool, they may be eligible for a salary review.
