Chế độ lương thưởng của nhân viên được xác định dựa trên một khung thu nhập gồm 10 bậc do Ban Giám đốc phê duyệt. Lương thưởng của cán bộ nhân viên được định giá và chi trả bằng đơn vị tiền tệ trong nước – Việt Nam đồng (VND).

SALARY SCALE


An employee's salary is determined based on a 10-step scale approved by the Board of Management and quoted & paid in the local currency, the Vietnam Dong (VND).


When allocating an employee to a step on the salary scale the employees academic qualifications, teaching credentials and years of experience are taken into consideration.  Further information is available at request by the HR Department


INCREMENTAL STEP INCREASE AND SALARY REVIEWS
Initial placement on the salary scale will be decided by the School, based on the evaluation of qualifications and years of relevant teaching experience.

Advancement to the next incremental step is not automatic but subject to the Teacher’s performance evaluation and contributions to the School. Should an employee gain higher Education qualifications during their time with Vinschool, they may be eligible for a salary review.
