Hiện tại Vinschool đang sử dụng nền tảng Base hỗ trợ các hoạt động lưu hồ sơ ứng viên, đánh giá và phê duyệt tuyển dụng.

Vinschool is now using the Base platform to support the storage of applicants’ profiles, evaluations and hiring approvals.

PHÂN HỆ TUYỂN DỤNG BASE E-HIRING/ BASE E-HIRING MODULE Base E-hiring là gì?/ What is Base E-hiring? Base E-hiring là hệ thống quản trị tuyển dụng ATS đầu tiên tại Việt Nam. Hệ thống quản trị tuyển dụng Base E-Hiring có đầy đủ các tính năng của một Applicant Tracking System tiêu chuẩn, tức là có khả năng hỗ trợ xử lý tất cả các công đoạn tuyển dụng dựa trên hành trình tìm việc của ứng viên (Candidate's Journey). Base E-hiring is the first Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment management in Vietnam. Since Base E-Hiring is fully equipped with features of a standard Applicant Tracking System, it can support the recruitment procedure based on candidate’s journey. Base E-hiring hỗ trợ như thế nào?/ How does Base E-hiring function? Base E-hiring hỗ trợ quản lý dữ liệu ứng viên tối ưu trên một nền tảng với những lịch sử thông tin tuyển dụng của ứng viên đó. Base E-Hiring supports the optimal management of applicants’ data, including their recruitment record, on one platform. Có hệ thống thư mục lưu trữ dữ liệu ứng viên dễ theo dõi và tìm kiếm/ Provide a system of folders storing applicants’ data, enabling easy tracking and search. Đăng nhập tài khoản Base như thế nào?/ How to sign in a Base account? Đối với các thành viên khi được thêm vào hệ thống, các thành viên sẽ nhận được mail được gửi từ hòm thư có tên Base Platform. Ở đây các thành viên sử dụng tên email làm tên đăng nhập và mật khẩu tạm thời, sau đó thực hiện theo hướng dẫn để vào phần mềm Once members have been added to the system, they will receive an email from the Base Platform. Here, members use the name provided as username and temporary password, then follow the guide to log in the software. Thay đổi mật khẩu/ Change the password Đăng nhập tài khoản tại https://account.base.vn/account/ Sign in the account at https://account.base.vn/account Chọn Đổi mật khẩu/ Select “Change password” Điền thông tin theo nội dung dưới đây/ Fill in the information required as below Thay đổi mật khẩu: nhập lại mật khẩu cũ và điền mật khẩu mới/ Change password: enter the old password and the new one Xác nhận/ Confirm the change. Nếu Anh/chị quên mật khẩu và muốn thay đổi mật khẩu/ In case you forget your password and want to reset it Anh/chị vào link: https://account.base.vn/a/login, chọn Forget your password, điền email và security code. Hệ thống tự động sẽ gửi email với nội dung Lấy lại mật khẩu. Anh/chị nhấn nút Đặt lại mật khẩu. Điền mật khẩu mới và security code để kết thúc việc thay mật khẩu. Please access the link: https://account.base.vn/a/login, choose “Forget your password”, enter the email account and security code. The system will automatically send a password recovery email. Please click “Reset Password”. Enter the new password and security code to finish the process. Dưới đây là giao diện chính (Trang home) của E-Hiring sau khi Anh/chị được cấp quyền truy cập ứng dụng. The homepage of E-Hiring will appear as below after your access is granted. Đối với tài khoản member: Anh/chị được tham gia quản lí tin tuyển dụng khi được phân quyền, tham gia nghiệp vụ phỏng vấn, đánh giá, chấm điểm ứng viên. For member accounts: You can join the management of job posts, interviews, evaluations, and applicant assessments once being authorized. Ngoài ra, Anh/chị có thể để lại nhận xét của mình về ứng viên/ Score the applicants according to assessment criteria. In addition, you can leave your  comments about the applicants. Đánh giá theo biểu mẫu: Anh/chị lưu ý phần đánh giá này chỉ hiện ra khi ứng viên đã được tạo lịch phỏng vấn và Anh/chị đã được mời tham gia vào lịch phỏng vấn./ Template-based assessment: please note that this assessment only appears after the interview is scheduled, and you are invited.   Thêm hồ sơ ứng viên bộ phận, cơ sở tự tìm/ Add the applications found by the departments/schools Vào tin tuyển dụng => vào tin tuyển dụng cần thêm hồ sơ (Ví dụ Giáo viên Go to “Job posts” => Go to the posts that need to add more applications  (For example, kindergarten teachers - MN GDN)mầm non – MN GDN)/ Chọn “ Thêm ứng viên” => cập nhật đầy đủ thông tin của ứng viên/ Select “Add applicants” => Give a full update on candidates’ information

PHÂN HỆ BASE REQUEST/ BASE REQUEST MODULE Base Request là gì?/ What is Base Request? Base Request là phân hệ tạo yêu cầu tuyển dụng và phê duyệt các đề xuất tuyển dụng. Người tạo đề xuất sẽ dễ dàng theo dõi tiến độ phê duyệt đề xuất, người phê duyệt đề xuất nắm được mình đã, đang và cần xử lý những đề xuất tuyển dụng nào. Base Request module is used to create hiring requirements and approve recruitment proposals. The proposers can easily follow the proposal approval progress. People giving approvals must fully understand the recruitment proposals that they handled, are working on, or need to consider.
