CÁC HOẠT ĐỘNG TẬP THỂ MTLV/ ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT Cải thiện môi trường làm việc luôn là ưu tiên trong công tác nhân sự của Vinschool, trong đó các hoạt động nổi bật thường thấy gồm: Working environment improvement has always been prioritized in Vinschool’s human resources operations. Some highlights of which are: Kế hoạch cải thiện môi trường làm việc: sau mỗi đợt khảo sát môi trường làm việc đinh kì, BGH cơ sở và CBLĐ khối/phòng HO cần xây dựng kế hoạch cải thiện môi trường làm việc dựa trên những thông tin phản hồi, góp ý của CBNV trong khảo sát/ Plan for improving the working environment: after each periodic working environment survey, the School Managers and heads of HO divisions/departments shall work together to draw up a plan for working environment improvement, based on the employees’ survey feedback and responses; Gặp gỡ trực tiếp với CBQL toàn hệ thống: định kì vào cuối mỗi năm học, PNS tổ chức gặp 1:1 CBQL toàn hệ thống để tìm hiểu về các vấn đề vướng mắc, khó khăn hoặc các điểm tồn đọng, cần cải thiện, từ đó có kế hoạch hỗ trợ/xử lý các vấn đề, tránh lặp lại trong năm học tới/ Face-to-face meetings with managers system wide: at the end of each academic year, the Human Resources Department will organize 1:1 meetings with managers across the system to address the bottlenecks, difficulties or outstanding challenges. Then, supporting and problem-solving plans will be made to avoid problematic repetition in the next academic year. Gặp gỡ định kì CBNV: hàng tháng, PNS tiến hành gặp gỡ CBNV, GV tại cơ sở theo lịch đăng ký để lắng nghe tâm tư, nguyện vọng, chia sẻ của CBNV, GV về các vấn đề xoay quanh công việc, môi trường làm việc. *Các buổi gặp gỡ này cũng là cơ hội để PNS giải đáp các băn khoăn, thắc mắc của CBNV về chính sách, quy trình, quy định của công ty/ Periodic meetings with employees: each month, the Human Resources will schedule meetings with employees and teachers at schools to listen to their thoughts and expectations about work and the working environment. These meetings are an opportunity for the Human Resources Department to solve employees’ concerns about the Company’s policies, procedures and regulations. Các hội thảo truyền lửa toàn hệ thống: trung bình mỗi học kì 1 lần BLĐ Công ty sẽ có các buổi hội thảo truyền lửa hoặc Townhall meeting để chia sẻ, cập nhật thông tin về định hướng của hệ thống đến CBNV, đồng thời lắng nghe các đề xuất và giải đáp các thắc mắc của CBNV./ System-wide inspiring conferences: on average, the Company’s Leadership will hold inspiring conferences or Townhall meetings once every semester to share and communicate the system directions to the employees. The Leadership will also listen to the employees’ proposals and solve their concerns.
