Vinschool is one of the prestigious education systems paying great attention to employee engagement and retention. Employees are considered as a valuable “human asset” of the Company. Strong connections between employees and the system, therefore, will ensure the sustainability of human resources, contributing to Vinschool’s ever-increasing development.

In this section, the Human Resources Department has aggregated the strategic contents regarding employee retention and engagement activities throughout Vinschool’s history of establishment and development.

At Vinschool, the Human Resources will carry out several surveys regarding the working environment, 3600 leaders, service quality of the School Managers and HO departments, etc. every six months. The ultimate goal of these activities is to recognize the existing strengths, areas for further improvements and weaknesses to be minimized after each academic year. The following details will shine a light on the purposes and methods of these surveys as a part of the employee retention strategy.

The working environment at Vinschool is friendly and open. The leadership always pays great attention to introducing collective activities to engage the employees and teachers, nurturing a common voice, and continuously implementing concrete action plans to improve the working environment.


Following Vingroup’s directions, Vinschool has been making enormous efforts to build a working environment of equity, transparency and utmost respect for discipline.
