Quy trình tuyển dụng là một chuỗi các hoạt động được Phòng Nhân sự nước ngoài thực hiện xuyên suốt từ việc xác định nhu cầu tuyển dụng tại từng cơ sở; tìm kiếm ứng viên phù hợp theo yêu cầu tuyển dụng; sàng lọc, tuyển chọn, phỏng vấn/ thi giảng và giới thiệu nhân viên mới để tìm ra những người đủ năng lực và mong muốn gắn bó với Vinschool trong tương lai.

Recruitment progress is a set of actions carried out by the Expat Human Resources Department throughout various stages, from identifying the recruitment demands at each school, finding the suitable candidates meeting the standards, screening, selecting, and interviewing the candidates, implementing demo classes, and introducing new employees, to find individuals with qualified competency and desires to stay committed to Vinschool in the future.

TIÊU CHUẨN TUYỂN DỤNG/ RECRUITMENT STANDARDS Tiêu chuẩn tuyển dụng là những yêu cầu mà Vinschool mong muốn ứng viên phải đạt được bao gồm: bằng cấp, kinh nghiệm làm việc và giới hạn độ tuổi. Tại Vinschool, tiêu chuyển tuyển dụng cho Người nước ngoài được quy định riêng đối với các nhóm đối tượng khác nhau. Recruitment standards refer to the standards set by Vinschool that candidates are expected to meet, including certificates, working experience, and age. At Vinschool, recruitment standards for expats are customized for each group of positions.

KẾ HOẠCH TUYỂN DỤNG/ RECRUITMENT PLAN Kế hoạch tuyển dụng là hoạt động tìm kiếm, chiêu mộ ứng viên đáp ứng được tiêu chuẩn tuyển dụng và phù hợp với văn hóa tại Vinschool. Kế hoạch tuyển dụng nhân sự Người nước ngoài tại Vinschool thường bắt đầu từ tháng 10 của năm trước đến hết tháng 6 năm sau bao gồm các bước sau: Recruitment plan refers to the acts of finding and recruiting the candidates meeting Vinschool’s recruitment standards and culture. Vinschool’s expat recruitment plan usually starts in October each year and lasts through the following June, including the following steps: Xác định nhu cầu tuyển dụng của từng cơ sở;/ Identifying the recruitment needs of each school; Xác định tiêu chuẩn tuyển dụng của các vị trí cần tuyển;/ Identifying the recruitment standards for each position; Xây dựng bản mô tả công việc cho các vị trí cần tuyển;/ Developing a job description for each job vacancy; Lập ngân sách tuyển dụng;/ Planning a budget for recruitment; Thiết lập kế hoạch và lịch tuyển dụng theo từng giai đoạn;/ Setting a recruitment plan and schedule; Sử dụng các công cụ hỗ trợ (xem thêm Phần 8. CÁC KÊNH TUYỂN DỤNG/ RECRUITMENT CHANNEL Kênh tuyển dụng là nơi Phòng Nhân sự thu hút hồ sơ ứng viên thông qua các bản tin đăng tuyển việc làm. Recruitment channel refers to the platform from which the Human Resources Department collects candidates’ applications through job postings. PHỎNG VẤN TUYỂN DỤNG/ INTERVIEW Phỏng vấn tuyển dụng là bước rất quan trọng trong quy trình tuyển dụng để tìm ra ứng viên có năng lực và tố chất phù hợp với vị trí công việc tại Vinschool. Tại Vinschool hiện đang áp dụng cả hai hình thức phỏng vấn tuyển dụng sau: Interview is a section of questions and answers carried out directly (face-to-face) or indirectly (via online) in order to select the most suitable candidates. Vinschool is using both ways of interview, to be more specific: Phỏng vấn trực tiếp: áp dụng đối với ứng viên Người nước ngoài hiện đang có mặt tại địa điểm cần tuyển dụng tại thời điểm liên hệ mời phỏng vấn/ Direct interview: applicable to expat candidates who are currently present at the location of the job vacancy when they receive the interview invitation; Vấn đáp gián tiếp: áp dụng đối với ứng viên Người nước ngoài hiện đang không có mặt tại địa điểm cần tuyển dụng tại thời điểm liên hệ mời phỏng vấn (ở địa phương khác hoặc ở nước ngoài)./ Indirect interview: applicable to expat candidates who are currently not present at the location of the job vacancy when they receive the interview invitation (other regions or abroad).

THI GIẢNG/ DEMO CLASS Là hình thức đánh giá kỹ năng sư phạm và kiến thức chuyên môn của ứng viên bằng cách giảng dạy trực tiếp (hoặc gián tiếp qua phòng học online) theo một chủ đề hoặc bài tập đã thông báo trước tới ứng viên. Hình thức này được thực hiện sau bước phỏng vấn tuyển dụng và thường được áp dụng khi tuyển dụng giáo viên tiếng Anh nước ngoài từ K- Trung học. Demo class is a method to evaluate the pedagogy skills and professional knowledge of the candidates, in which candidates are requested to carry out a class directly (or indirectly via an online channel) in a topic or practice informed in advance.
