The Human Resources Department has issued the Regulations on human resources procedures, making explicit stipulations regarding the principles, templates and documents. All of which can support employees’ implementation of human resources procedures at the Company, ensuring standardized, consistent, and fully compliant execution and contributing to efficiency and time optimization.

In this section, the Human Resources Department has gathered and shared detailed information of employees’ most common concerns, such as contract management, internal transfer, appointment, dismissal, insurance, timekeeping & payroll calculation, and contract termination. Our goal is to help the employees gain a better understanding of human resources procedures and reduce their time searching for necessary templates and processes.
