Helps you determine the key people in your CLISE support network and make plans to keep them involved

Contain official materials and resources that will be used for the teaching and learning of CLISE such as lesson plan, handout, reinforcement activities, video, poster; those help teachers have a firm grasp of skills and concepts to design appropriate instructional strategies

Provide a thorough account of the program, helping all implementation stakeholders get a clear idea of how the program is built and implemented and execute their assigned responsibilities pertinent to their roles
